Medical consultation from home – via smartphone, tablet or PC. Using the "PraxisApp Mein HNO-Arzt" app, you can speak with our doctors without visiting the practice.

How to join

Download the app & register once
Download "PraxisApp Mein HNO-Arzt" on your smartphone or tablet. Registration is only required once.

Open the app at least 10 minutes beforehand
Open the app at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Tap "Videosprechstunde"
Tap the "Video consultation" button and allow the app access to your camera and microphone.

Run the tech check
Scroll to the bottom of the tech check screen and tap "Continue to waiting room".

Wait – the doctor will connect
You are now in the waiting room. We will connect with you at your scheduled time.
